Shipping/Handling
Please make sure your mailing address includes your current mailing address as Beads2string will not be responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address. Please make sure you have a safe place for your package to be delivered to.
Your items will be packed and shipped 1 - 3 business days from the date payment is received. You will receive an email from Beads2string with the package tracking number that can be viewed at USPS.com
Packages are shipped using USPS First Class. If your order arrives in a box, the packing peanuts are biodegradable and made with corn starch. If you put water on the peanuts they will melt away.
Domestic packages can take an estimated 4 - 10 business days for delivery. Not including holidays. This can also change with seasonal weather and/or USPS delays due to Covid.
Shipping Charges:
The shipping is based on the order total. The following table will help estimate:
Up to $20 = $4.30
$20.01 - $30 = $4.75
$30.01 - $45 = $5.50
$45.01 - $54.99 = $5.75
$55 + = Free shipping (Domestic, for a limited time)
Returns Policy

Return of an item will only be reviewed with in 30 days from the date you receive your order. If you are concerned about needing to return an item you must contact us first, please Contact Us with your full name, order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please keep in mind a return amount is regarding the item amount not shipping/handling.
Please return the item in the same manner as it was purchased/shipped i.e. labeled, bagged, if temp. strung it must still be all strung, returnable, and in condition to resell. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
In order to provide authenticity to our Customers, Swarovski crystals are not returnable. Please also keep in mind a return is regarding the item; does not include shipping/handling, customs fees, or return shipping on refused packages. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
