Shipping & Returns

To edit this page, log in to your control panel and go to Storefront › Web Pages. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.


Please make sure your mailing address includes your current mailing address as Beads2string will not be responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address. Please make sure you have a safe place for your package to be delivered to. For International customers please include your first and last name for the Customs Form.

Your items will be packed and shipped 1 - 5 business days from the date payment is received. You will receive an email from Beads2string with the package tracking number that can be viewed at

Packages are shipped using USPS First Class. If your order arrives in a box, the packing peanuts are biodegradable and made with corn starch. If you put water on the peanuts they will melt away. 

Domestic packages can take 3 - 10 business days for delivery. Not including holidays. 

For international customers it will depend on if your country is set up formally with USPS to track the package once it reaches your Customs Department. Packages can take 2 - 7 weeks delivery time depending on how long your country's Custom Office keeps the package. You will be responsible for any and all VAT taxes, duty fees/taxes that your country charges directly to you. Please do not ask that your package be marked as "gift" on the customs form as this is illegal and a federal crime. If you refuse a package and it gets returned to sender, you will be responsible for any shipping charges applied.


Returns Policy

How can we help you with your order? Do you have a concern with your purchase upon receipt of items? Please use the "contact us" below to discuss so we can help.

Return of an item will only be reviewed with in 30 days from the date you receive your order. If you are concerned about needing to return an item you must contact us first, please Contact Us with your full name, order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please keep in mind a return amount is regarding the item amount not shipping/handling.

Please return the item in the same manner as it was purchased/shipped i.e. labeled, bagged, if temp. strung it must still be all strung, returnable, and in condition to resell. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

In order to provide authenticity to our Customers, Swarovski crystals are not returnable. Please also keep in mind a return is regarding the item; does not include shipping/handling, customs fees, or return shipping on refused packages. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner than this time frame. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
