Some people see blue some people see more of a purple so perhaps this bead has a periwinkle shade. Which ever color you see they are beautiful.
The vintage beads are new, old stock that had been sitting in a warehouse and now brought to you to create your jewelry designs. They have been sitting around for decades which can cause dirt or dust to accumulate on them and might need to be wiped or washed clean as I do not go through each bead.
